Robert Fulbrook, 14, Welland, Ontario
Rob Fulbrook was extremely excited to take part in the
Take
Your
Kid to Work program in Grade 9 with his father. On November 1, 2000, Rob was killed during this program when the utility vehicle he was riding on crashed into a parked tractor-trailer. He was fourteen. Rob was a very motivated young man. He had established a successful lawn cutting operation with a growing client base. Rob was very family oriented. He was a great older brother to his two younger sisters and spent a great deal of time helping his grandparents, uncles and aunts. When he wasn’t working around the village or at high school, he enjoyed playing hockey, camping and fishing. He was a wonderful son, brother and friend to the entire community. |
