Tyler worked for a local gravel crushing company.On December 19, 1997, while doing a basic walk around maintenance check of the running equipment, a large piece of frozen gravel and dirt came down from the top of the crusher, striking Tyler on the back of the head and causing him to die instantly of a massive brain hemorrhage. Tyler was a fun loving, hard working, eager to learn young man. |
